Chris Brown
Assistant Professor, Virginia Tech

I will be joining the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Tech in Fall 2021. Previously, I was a PhD student at North Carolina State University advised by Dr. Chris Parnin. My doctoral research focused on improving the behavior, decision-making, and productivity of software engineers by integrating behavioral science concepts, such as nudge theory, into bots and automated recommendation systems. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in collaborating, proposing project ideas, or discussing my research.

This website reflects my graduate work at NC State and is no longer maintained. Please see my updated website here: https://chbrown13.github.io/
